This service will allow you to deeply immerse yourself in the cultural and historical landscape of any location you choose, even if it’s not Paris. V’ART will create a personalized art itinerary tailored to your schedule and desires.

The guidebook, specially created for you, will be filled with cultural (and gastronomic, if necessary) recommendations arranged into a coherent itinerary.

Depending on your desires, the trip can be an intense art marathon or a leisurely enjoyment of the most important points in the cultural grid of the chosen city. Throughout your trip, your personal concierge provides remote support on any issues related to the program.

The service will allow you to gain access to secret places that V’ART concierges have carefully selected specifically for their clients.

Hotel and restaurant reservations are included in the package, and if you wish to visit the art fairs or exhibitions in the chosen city, we’ve also got you covered.

Throughout your trip, your personal art concierge will provide remote support on any issues related to the program.

Result

- Individual art program for your trip
- Telephone and online support from the V’ART throughout the trip
This service allows you to keep records and documentation of your collection comfortably and
professionally.

STEP 1. Inventory of the art pieces

Includes a description of the technical characteristics of the work (photo of the work, author, title, year, technique, size, circulation); technical data of the acquisition (date, place and cost); biography of the author.

STEP 2. Archiving

We will systematize all available information and collect what is missing for complete provenance into a personal archive folder.

Archiving the original documents for the work for subsequent confirmation of provenance requires the presence of the invoice, a payment order or check confirming payment and a certificate of authenticity.

At the end of the inventory, a short version of the inventory of the entire collection will be presented in tabular format, which will enable you to analyze the investment in the collection and its estimated value at the time of cataloging.

STEP 3. Obtaining a catalog

The archive is transmitted in printed form and duplicated in electronic form via email or preferable messenger, if useful.

Result

Technical description of the entire collection. *

Art history text about each work from your collection and the author

Systematized documents confirming the provenance of each work, assessment and calculation of the return on art investments.

* Upon additional request, V’ART may organize and curate professional photography of works
of art with the transfer of material in printed and electronic form. Possible both in the interior and
